Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Model Development: Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Integration: Integrate AI components into existing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and low-latency performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and non-technical team members.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to validate cutting-edge algorithms before production rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends in the tech industry, specifically regarding AI evolution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex architectural decisions.
