Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to align future-proof strategies with current business objectives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business frameworks and investment priorities
- Drive prototyping of exponential technologies with our R&D division
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and media partnerships
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field (MBA/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Strong portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
