Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market readiness timelines
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of exponential technologies
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with global industry partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) strongly preferred
