Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product launches and market expansions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for futuristic initiatives
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year planning horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or similar credential
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
