Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning business goals with technical capabilities.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation AI and Machine Learning systems designed for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 and Blockchain solutions into our core infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of System Design principles and Data Structures.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivering products in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
