Responsibilities

- Produce actionable white papers and policy recommendations for 2026 regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurism with 5+ years in tech innovation

- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry forums
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford
