Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and develop 5-10 year strategic foresight models
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 market scenarios
- Create executive-ready trend reports with data-driven risk/opportunity frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen business models and revenue streams
- Develop scenario planning simulations for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Mentor futurist analysts and build internal foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade, Delphi methodologies)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and quantitative forecasting models
