Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and industry transformation
- Translate complex future scenarios into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation foresight and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences and board members
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses required
