Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning, cryptography, and materials science applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Research and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing techniques for industrial deployment
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to deploy quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Drive innovation in quantum software development frameworks and high-performance quantum simulators
- Contribute to quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, qubit manipulation, and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical high-performance computing
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum computing or related fields
