As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to identify emerging paradigms, deconstruct disruptive technologies, and develop proactive strategies that position us as market pioneers. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and organizational resilience in an increasingly volatile future landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and paradigm shifts affecting our industry through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic decision-making
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and thought leaders
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive committee
- Mentor leadership team in anticipatory governance and adaptive strategy implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Demonstrated success in influencing high-stakes organizational decisions through future-oriented analysis
