- Author thought leadership white papers on emerging megatrends and disruptive technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture cutting-edge breakthroughs
- Design and implement real-time trend-monitoring systems using proprietary data analytics platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences (TED, World Economic Forum)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
