Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-facing topics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-based strategic frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
