As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to navigate complex disruptions and identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly shape our product roadmaps, market expansion strategies, and organizational resilience initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and innovation processes
- Establish KPIs and impact metrics for foresight initiatives, measuring ROI of strategic decisions
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and executive briefings on emerging futures
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startup opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using foresight methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or relevant domain expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
