This role demands intellectual agility, deep analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate complex futures with executive clarity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios across technology, climate, and geopolitics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to stress-test organizational resilience against future disruptions
- Build predictive models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients on emerging market opportunities
- Curate the annual FutureState Conference featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or foresight roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling (Python, TensorFlow preferred)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or megatrends
- Experience designing and executing large-scale foresight initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for executive audiences
