- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create thought leadership content to position company as future-focused authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
