- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning company as a future-industry authority
- Prototype and test futuristic concepts through rapid innovation sprints with engineering teams
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track future-readiness and strategic progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or implemented strategic foresight projects
