Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence to map 2026 technology landscapes
- Develop predictive frameworks for societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers and designers to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Partner with government agencies to shape future-ready policy frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for 2020+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into stakeholder communications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
