Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) to define strategic priorities for 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, regulatory, and ethical shifts affecting tech deployment
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
