Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for board-level decision making
- Produce foresight frameworks quantifying disruption risks across 15+ industries
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPIs tracking adoption curves of exponential technologies
- Present at global forums including CES and World Economic Davos events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or similar) preferred
