Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technology trends and market shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Develop patentable frameworks for emerging market opportunities
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists on trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Expertise in emerging tech: GenAI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced foresight credential preferred
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
