- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-proof business models and solutions
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and predictive intelligence reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and disruptive startups to capture cutting-edge insights
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in developing scenario planning frameworks and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives for enterprise clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/SF or foresight academy preferred)
