Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies and competitive landscapes
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Oversee technology adoption frameworks and change management for future-critical systems
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis, scenario planning, and patent landscaping
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
