As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external futurists to develop actionable frameworks for 2026 and beyond. You'll leverage data-driven insights to identify paradigm shifts, anticipate market disruptions, and pioneer solutions that transform industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development and market expansion
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios and innovation priorities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on megatrends affecting global industries
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental signals impacting long-term strategy
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
