Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies
- Author white papers on AI governance and ethical innovation
- Advocate for sustainable futures in board-level presentations
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 cutting-edge innovation projects
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026 tech verticals (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ trend forecasting projects
