Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, bioengineers, and quantum computing specialists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to C-suite and board members using data-driven predictive models
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or quantum computing
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for executive audiences
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
