Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps using AI-driven forecasting tools
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Drive innovation workshops and thought leadership initiatives across global teams
- Analyze geopolitical, technological, and societal trends to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with industry pioneers, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Present visionary recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-forward strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
