Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives with a forward-thinking mindset, specifically focused on 5-10 year horizons.
- Advanced Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, machine learning, and emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing).
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
