Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for climate-positive infrastructure and ethical AI deployment
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and government think tanks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Author white papers and policy briefs for the Global Futures Council
- Design human-centered frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized governance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
- Present visionary keynotes at Davos, Web Summit, and TED Futures
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published thought leadership on climate adaptation or AI ethics in top-tier journals
- Expertise in scenario modeling using Monte Carlo simulations and causal AI
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Fluency in at least two major languages beyond English
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations brought to market
