Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Horizon Map, identifying disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market inflection points
- Architect strategic blueprints for emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech integration)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for 2030 market realities
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational readiness for 2026-era challenges
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts in human-AI collaboration
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Translate complex foresight into executable product roadmaps and investment theses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight, strategic planning, or emerging markets
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional visualization skills for communicating complex future states
- Experience leading cross-organizational initiatives with C-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of future-strategy implementation
