Responsibilities
- Forecast market, technological, and societal trends through 2026 using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across global markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products/services
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advise on strategic investments in next-gen technologies and talent ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with 2026 market projections
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders using immersive visualization tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio published in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) preferred
