Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Design innovation workshops and immersive foresight experiences for leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Drive cross-functional strategy sessions aligning product, marketing, and R&D with future trajectories
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, AGI, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for diverse executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight frameworks or future scenarios
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
