Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive opportunities across quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Develop predictive models for emerging market behaviors and adoption curves of breakthrough innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Author thought leadership positioning the company as the definitive voice on next-generation transformations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Present future trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent discipline
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy and product development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, climate tech, space tech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate signals into coherent narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
