Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework identifying disruptive trends through 2026
- Architect multi-generational product roadmaps integrating emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets
