- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused strategic priorities
- Produce thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive innovations and their industry impacts
- Design resilience roadmaps for organizations facing AI-driven automation and workforce transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 18-36 month development roadmaps
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (TAM/PESTLE/SWOT frameworks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading executive-level workshops and stakeholder alignment initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
