Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, economics, and social domains to identify 2026+ market disruptors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual strategic foresight reports
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startup investments
- Design organizational resilience strategies for exponential change scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futurist methodologies
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend detection
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
