As a cornerstone of our C-Suite Innovation Council, you'll leverage predictive analytics, emerging tech forensics, and cultural anthropology to decode societal shifts. You'll collaborate with quantum computing architects, neuro-UX designers, and climate tech pioneers to build ecosystems that don't just anticipate 2026—actively create it.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps using predictive market modeling and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and quantum interfaces
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on metaverse governance, neural interfaces, and climate tech disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Austin Innovation Accelerator
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots based on emerging socio-technological signals
- Build a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Author quarterly '2026 Pulse' briefings for investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotechnology, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Trendalytics)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ technology predictions with validated outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
