Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology convergence points across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on societal and economic impacts of emerging tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite clients to build future-state roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon as the 2026 technology authority
- Monitor global R&D pipelines to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and regulatory disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or neurotech
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
