Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of advanced machine learning pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures optimized for 2026 standards.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce model inference latency and improve computational efficiency across our global infrastructure.
- Talent Development: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of building scalable distributed systems and microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges and deliver production-ready solutions.
