You'll pioneer methodologies to quantify and navigate uncertainty while building resilient strategies that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology integration and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model socioeconomic and technological disruption scenarios
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for emerging tech adoption curves (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on future-proofing organizational structures
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic resilience
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist offices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures concepts into executable business strategies
