Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Advise C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption and market disruption risks
- Author white papers and thought leadership on quantum computing applications and neuro-interfaces
- Orchestrate global hackathons focusing on ethical AI and decentralized governance systems
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or systems transformation (Harvard Business Review/MIT Review preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to global implementation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of 2020+ vision projects demonstrating measurable impact
