Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and bio-digital convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state scenarios and stress-test business resilience
- Deliver executive briefings and board presentations on exponential opportunity landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to incubate 2026-era business models
- Establish foresight frameworks for geopolitical, environmental, and ethical trend forecasting

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent transdisciplinary field
