Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop quantitative scenario models for clients in AI governance, climate resilience, and neurotech integration
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to executive leadership boards of Fortune 500 companies
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build proprietary forecasting frameworks using machine learning and big data analytics
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling software
- Demonstrated success developing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FS)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder management
