Responsibilities
- Lead technology forecasting and trend analysis for 2026 market readiness
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on disruptive technology implications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Translate complex futures into actionable product development strategies
- Establish thought leadership through executive briefings and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or technology consulting
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio published foresight work or innovation frameworks
