- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof objectives and KPIs
- Produce trend intelligence reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and partnership opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Analysis)
