Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term innovation
- Present trend analysis and future-state recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technology roadmaps with future market demands
- Author thought leadership content on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global technology policy developments and their implications for future innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level insights
- Advanced degree in technology, strategic foresight, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in future trends (required)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
