Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems for 2026-era quantum-AI hybrid platforms
- Lead 8-person R&D team in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with Stanford and MIT on sustainable blockchain initiatives
- Drive innovation in carbon-negative data center technologies
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech certification pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on post-quantum cryptography
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ user bases
- Security clearance for government-level projects
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) compliance frameworks
