Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and expert consultations
- Lead innovation workshops with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize 2026-2030 tech initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
