Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, neural interfaces, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis across emerging tech verticals (AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Present disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or innovation strategy
