Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for Nexus Future Systems, aligning technology trends with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' squads to prototype disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Manage the innovation budget and oversee the selection of strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
- Communicate complex strategic initiatives to the C-suite and stakeholders with high clarity and vision.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-year product roadmaps and strategic pivots.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or Computer Science is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI evolution and Web3 integration.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment (Series B+).
