- Manage $50M+ budget allocation and resource optimization
- Drive stakeholder alignment with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement agile methodologies to accelerate innovation cycles
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-impact projects
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and technological excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in large-scale program management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or IoT)
- PMP or PgMP certification with demonstrable ROI on complex initiatives
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in BI tools
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
